By booking a stay with Luxury Crashpads of Atlanta, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read these carefully before confirming your booking.

1. No Personal Mail Policy

• Personal mail deliveries are not permitted at the property. However, packages can be delivered during your stay.

2. Prohibited Substances

• The use or possession of drugs is strictly prohibited both inside and outside the property.
• Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the premises, including both indoor and outdoor areas.

3. Guest Policy

• No additional guests are allowed to occupy or sleep on the property during your contracted stay period. This is strictly for the booked crashpad members only.

4. Cleanliness

• All common areas must be kept clean and tidy at all times. It is each member’s responsibility to ensure shared spaces are maintained.

5. Payment Terms

• All payments must be made in full at the time of booking and are non-refundable for the agreed-upon duration of your stay. No exceptions will be made.

6. Damage Policy

• If any damage is discovered during your stay, it must be reported and paid for immediately. Any unresolved damages will be deducted from your deposit.

7. Restricted Areas

• The dining room area and any alcohol present are strictly prohibited for use by guests.

8. Noise Control

• To ensure the comfort of all residents, noise must be kept at a minimum at all times. Quiet hours are enforced, and excessive noise will not be tolerated.

9. Non-Negotiable Terms

• There is no negotiation on the terms listed in this agreement. Violation of any of these terms will result in the immediate termination of your contract.

10. Termination of Contract

• If any crashpad member breaks the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement, your contract will be terminated, and you will be required to vacate the property immediately.

11. No Refund for Early Departure

• In the event that you leave before your scheduled departure date, no refund will be issued under any circumstances.

12. Refundable Deposit

• A refundable deposit of $300 is required. This deposit will be refunded on the day of your departure, provided that no damages are found during your stay. If damages are present, the cost of repairs will be deducted from your deposit, and the remaining amount, if any, will be returned.

By booking a stay at Luxury Crashpads of Atlanta, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these terms and conditions. Non-compliance with these terms may result in the forfeiture of your deposit and immediate termination of your stay.
